Playhouse Automation

I will be using the TAPAS to monitor and control the playhouse of my 5-year old daughter I'm building. With this playhouse automation, she is able to:

  • Lock and unlock the door
  • Lock and unlock the secret storage box (with a password of course)
  • Lower the the table to create a double bed for sleepover parties
  • Turn on, off, dim or brighten the lighting or change its colour or change it in a disco lighting when we are having a party
  • Control the heating, so it will be comfortable in winter and keep humidity on a healthy level
  • Turn the music on or of and choose the playlist
  • Call dad or mom if there something wrong
  • Use it as an alarm system, when she's not 'home'

All voice controlled of course....

... and everything else that comes to mind, to make this the coolest playhouse a kid can wish for...

    Hi Berry,

    Thank you for your submission.

Due to safety reasons we discourage the use of TAPAS board in toy applications. Please read the safety instructions for more details.

    Best Regards,

    Hey Berry,

Thank you for your submission. The playhouse looks so cool!
But we have one big problem here (I cite the README from the official github repo):

"The TAPAS community inverter board is not a toy! It is intended for laboratory use only and may only be operated by experienced personell (engineers, scientists, qualified makers)." [https://github.com/SDI-SoftwareDefinedInverter/TAPAS/blob/master/README.md]

The intend to build things involving children unfortunately can not be considered.
